The first thing we do when we receive tapes and media is label and number each tape or reel to ensure each tape is indexed in our system. Each lot of tapes has its own job number, which we use as an identification number. For example, if there is an enquiry made about your job, we can find out immediately through that number.
Next, we import and capture your media using digital upscaling technology, to ensure that the picture is stabilised and enhanced and that the tapes track well.If any faults are found, a fault report is filled so the customer is aware of the fault.Tapes and film can be repaired and cleaned, depending on the extent of the damage.
The files are then moved onto the customers drive, and the jobs are sent back to you within two weeks! We cover costs of postage and delivery to the head distribution office. Utilising our own courier service, ensuring the packages arrive to you without delay and are undamaged.
