A filming rate covers a particular part of production. Your finished video may also need planning, scripting, location arrangements, additional crew, editing, music licensing, graphics and delivery versions. Ask for an itemised quote that makes those inclusions clear.
Atlantis Digital's published starting rates
Half-day filming starts at $750 + GST for up to four hours. Full-day filming starts at $1,200 + GST, live streaming at $1,850 + GST per day and training filming at $1,500 + GST per day. These are starting rates for the stated services, not a promise of a complete edited film at that price. Check the current packages and confirm the scope in writing.
What changes the budget?
The number of filming locations and people, crew size, camera count, shoot duration and complexity all affect production. In post-production, the amount of footage, number of finished videos, animation, captions, voice-over and agreed review rounds affect the work. Travel and venue access also need to be considered.
Make a single shoot work harder
Before filming, list where the video will appear. A website film, LinkedIn edit and vertical social clip may need different framing and durations. Planning these together can help you capture the right material in one session. Additional edits should still be scoped and priced.
